Upon Booking:
Deposit of half of the rental fee is due.
30 Days Prior To Arrival: Remaining balance is due plus a fully refundable $100 security deposit.
If booking 30 days or less prior to arrival, payment in full is due at booking.
Refunds:
100% Refund If Cancelled 90 Days in Advance.
50% Refund If Cancelled 60 Days in Advance.
No Refund After 60 Days in Advance.
However, if we are able to re-rent the house for the cancelled period, we will refund 100% of the rental fee, minus a $50.00 processing fee.
